I was born under a silver full moon in the quiet countryside of northern England, where nights were dark enough for the stars to tell their stories. I grew up in a family that cherished simple things — my mother taught me the art of stillness in the garden, while my father would point out constellations on clear nights.

From a young age, I felt a pull — not just toward the sky above, but toward the silence within. While other children dreamt of city lights, I was fascinated by the soft glow of the cosmos and the hidden language of the soul.

In my twenties, I left the place where I was raised and began traveling — seeking teachers, sages, and quiet corners of the world where I could listen deeper. Along the way, I discovered that mindfulness, astrology, and spirituality weren’t separate paths, but one intertwined journey.

Now, in my thirties, I live close to the sea — where the tides remind me daily of breath, rhythm, and surrender. Star Soul Guide is my way of sharing these lessons: the cosmic patterns, the mindful pauses, the whispers of the soul.
